The tabs worked as advertised. They fit in the Blue Ox base plate perfectly with no "play" or "slop" once inserted. The old removable tabs, that they replaced, were rusted up pretty good. If I was to make an recommendation to Blue Ox, It would be to made them out of stainless steel to get away from the rusting issue.

Easy to use on our Blue ox baseplate on our wrangler. I just wish there was a way to lock them on so I didn’t have to remove after each hitching so they don’t grow legs. But, the easy attach / remove and having no protrusions beyond the bumper is kind of the point, so i can’t complain. Very sturdy…I assume they are cast alum.
