I am in love with this bookstand. I use it in my kitchen to hold recipes while I'm cooking. It's sleek and doesn't take up too much counter space. The stand swivels, and its height is adjustable (a little wrench is included). I really appreciate this feature as my husband is 6' 4" and I am 5' 1". The wood base is substantial and even has an area to keep your phone, pen, etc. I also like the metal "arms" with silicone tips. These help keep your page(s) in place. They fold down when not in use.When the book stand arrives, it will come with a brown adhesive paper stuck to the acrylic. I was disappointed because I ordered the stand in clear. Not brown! But after running my hands over the paper, I realized what it was- a protector against scratches. LOL It's easy to remove and no residue is left behind.Anyway, I think this would make a fantastic addition to any kitchen. It would also make a great gift for the Foodie in your life.

Very nice item! Was looking for something to hold cookbooks open when baking/cooking because my cat is always flipping the pages around when I’m busy in the kitchen. This can also hold an iPhone or tablet which is great because I like finding recipes online but my phone gets lost under all the ingredients. Now I can put it on here and not worry it ended up in the dough lol. It folds up for easy storage when not in use also which is a nice feature. It’s lightweight but sturdy. Very happy with this order.

This book holder works as advertised.We are using it as a cookbook holder, and the multiple adjustment points make it really convenient to put it at the exact height and tilt you want, and it even spins all the way around, so if you want to can move around the kitchen and just turn it whichever direction you are at.Also is attractive looking as it is nice color wood, and white painted metal gives it a very cool Farmhouse decor feel to it.Would definitely recommend it for use with cookbooks.

When you first get it do not be afraid to put weight on it because you’ll need it to get it pop up. I was nervous to do it because I didn’t wanna break it but you absolutely need to it can handle it. This would be so perfect if it had a little reading light attached. My mother uses it for reading her Bible in bed. It’s not super lightweight but it’s also not super heavy it’s like the perfect weight. It’ll definitely need to be on a flat surface otherwise it might tilt over. All in all good quality and I high recommend it.If you are wondering if it can be adjusted up or down it cannot sadly

This is a beautiful book stand! Made of acrylic, wood and metal, it has a wonderful design. Equipped with page clips to keep your book open on the right page. These clips work even for thick books. The stand is perfect for cookbooks, laptops, tablets, phones, textbooks, etc. The base rotates 360 degrees and the height is adjustable. To adjust the height, you will need to loosen/tighten the screws using the included tool. When not in use, the stand can be folded and stored in a drawer. My plan is to keep this stand on the kitchen counter and use it to display my favorite cookbooks.In order to adjust its height, you will need the included tool. So, make sure the tool is close by in case you need it. If you lose the tool, a small wrench should do the job too. The stand appears to be sturdy, durable and made of high-quality materials. I expect it to last for a long time.

Fantastic quality and quick to arrive. The images do this product justice and is a perfect representation of it. It comes with a loosening/tightening tool for the moveable joints which is very helpful since over time they will loosen and need adjusting and not everyone has the perfect fit tool on hand. I will be tying that tool to a string and then tying that to the holder so I don't misplace it. I love the acrylic clear top and the simple wooden base and white metal combo since this will look good in any room or any use (since a lot of these are usually cheap plastic or something that looks more for children than kitchen/professional use.)
