It fit my 77 250 with one cut and one drill hole. It took longer to get the old one out

Very secure. No play whatsoever. You have to grind notches in the shaft according to the instructions and once you do it is super secure. No way it could fall off if you do it according to instructions. Had to cut about 11” off of it for my application (1977f150 4x4) but this is 100x better than the stock version. My dad drove the truck after I did this and he was amazed. I procrastinated getting it because of the price but it was totally worth it. Will buy again for my other trucks. Needs painted though because it will definitely rust.

The set screws they use for this are NOT SUFfICIENT. I installed according to directions and it literally fell out while driving. Very dangerous. Everything needs to be through bolted which is what I did.

Solid product, worked great in my 1979 F150 after a few minutes of cutting the shaft down to size. Sturdy, simple, and so far reliable.

It was to long of a steering shaft for my 79 f250 I had to take off about 3 inches just to get it installed within a couple days it was covered in surface rust but over all it does the job and a fine one at best in my opinion for the price we pay we should expect a bit better just be sure to paint it before you install
