I bought a set of these Oversized Breaker Lockout devices for use on some Square D P frame breakers. The device does a great job of grabbing the handle of the breaker, although it leaves indents where the metal "teeth" and screw were. From what we could figure out, the small black plastic piece sticking out is what is supposed to prevent the breaker from being closed.They work great as lockout devices, just wish they didn't mark up / damaged the breaker handle as much.
