This bit has been used for milling pine and so far cuts will and leaves clean cuts. I will update on the life of the bit once I run it on a few more projects.

This is a very sharp, well machined bit. I need to run it to give a full review, but from a preliminary look it is a quality tool. The shank is ultra smooth to the point where it is almost polished. They engraved the bit's information on the shank for future reference. The flute spirals up nicely with a keen cutting edge and a vicious point.

I mostly cut 1/8" aluminum sheets and These bits do a great job. Good value.

I do a lot of work with cast Plexiglas and cutting with a table saw, even with a blade designed for plastic leaves a rough edge. This bit makes a clean cut with no melting. The cut needs sanding if you want to polish it but much less than my table saw. The diameter of the bit is 0.113”, a little less than the advertised 0.125” so if you are using this in a CNC make sure you measure your bit and make this adjustment when setting up this bit in your software. My cuts were made at 25,000 rpm and 50 ipm. The test cuts I made were on 1/8 inch Plexiglas and done in 1 pass. You can see the results in my pictures.

This 1/8” BRO02 carbide upcut O single flute endmill cuts plastic and aluminum well on hobby CNC routers. It handles deeper slots well in gummy materials with efficient chip clearance. The bit is sharp, and the grind quality is consistent with other bits in this price range. The 1/4” shank is labeled with the bit’s type and dimensions. There is no coating on the bit. Having a 1/4" shank makes the bit easy to use with a trim router spindle.Overall, this is a nice O single flute endmill that will provide good service when used correctly.

I'm always looking for CNC bits to try. Not expensive ones, just ones that may do stuff that my current bits aren't ideal. I mostly work with wood but there's been plenty of times that I've had to cut plastic. The shape of this bit clears the cut material so much better than the 2 and 4 flute bits I have. I didn't try aluminum but will in the near future. Both aluminum and plastic tend to melt and stick to the bits that don't have deeper gullets. This bit is small enough to do detail work while not so small that it's fragile.
