This thing is just what my back needed. It helps stretch and actually pops my lower back, which is a big plus in between chiropractor appointments when my back is out of alignment.

I got the 2 pack and.. haven’t felt this kind of relief ever. If you’re on the fence about buying - don’t be. I got the 2 pack and am extremely happy. Will be taking the little one with me any time I fly somewhere!

Ordered this roller on October, it’s now January so the return window is closed and it has cracked in half after normal use. I am a normal sized guy 6’ 200lbs. Cheap plastic will break on you. Don’t buy!!!!!

I have purchased the small chirp wheel multiple times and it has cracked each time. The first two lasted over a year and more recently they last less and less time. I feel like the quality has decreased. Which is frustrating! Because I actually like how this works and makes me feel.

I sue this to roll out on my back and also for ab work. Place your feet hooked under a dresser or your bed frame, and place one of the wheels behind your back for stability and perform situps. Also crunches while balancing on the larger Chirp wheel; even oblique crunches if you have the balance, though it's not difficult to figure that out. Great product.

What a life saver! For my big breast girlies. This is your best friend! I am a 32/DDDD and deal with some serious back and neck pain. I got the 4inch and the 6inch, and i felt and heard so many cracks. I already had a foam roller but this one is next level. It gets those knots a regular foam roller can’t get. Definitely recommend 10/10!

So much better than hard foam rollers, these are a like a totally different piece of equipment as they fit between your shoulders blades so they're far more effective. The hard core is very strong, and the foam is well stuck on and doesn't compress much so it stays comfortable and supportive. The ridge for the spine is perfection!These rollers, especially the large one makes for a great alternative/adjunct home exercise to professional manipulation. (Always see a doctor first!)
