These pads are the real deal: firm and durable, not squishy foam that deteriorates quickly. The holes are slightly oversized for a Bowflex machine, but not enough to matter. Really glad I got these.

The best quality, feels like commercial gym equipment. The sponge foam always goes flat and causes pain, these are a firm rubber that doesn’t go flat but still provides comfort.

I've been looking for years for a good dense foam roller for my quad extender on my universal. The old ones were way too thin and my tib bone would hit the metal bar and it got worse as the weight increased. Eventually, I ended up wrapping towels around it to help alleviate the pain. Now, with the pads alone, I could use the whole stack and my shins would still be comfortable! These are at the optimal density and are just perfect! The inner diameter was a bit big but I wrapped the bar with grip tape and they dont come off at all now. Worth every penny and I highly recommended!

I replaced my older worn foam rollers with these. These are firm but make a huge difference compared to the foam. I highly recommend this product!
