I've been dealing with an ankle injury, one that I don't have an actual cause for, but have been told I may have tight calves that could have contributed to it.I've been finding the hand tool roller really useful, and I've been using the double-sided ball thing for my foot rolling exercises and it works great for that.I mainly got the set for the foam roller, and at the time I got to set this was a better deal than getting a foam roller on its own, and I thought why not give these other items a shot, and I'm glad I did because they're more useful to me than the foam roller.It could be because I don't particularly know how to use any foam roller effectively.It did creases in it after one use, I don't know if that's normal or not as this is my first experience with using a foam roller, all I know is I was recommended beginners should start with a soft foam roller, I would say this is a pretty soft foam roller, you can't really squish this down with your hands (you can feel the hexagons kind of sinking but the roller itself is not something I can squish down.), but it's very lightweight and it doesn't dig into anything it's very gentle on you.
