I was very surprised with how light this set was and how firm it was as well. You may want to use the roller over a towel or shirt as the angles are strong as well. Not sharp just hard. But works really well on my calves. The size of the single and conjoined balls fit perfectly into the grooves of my neck and shoulder blades. Really happy with this set

My son wanted a muscle roller and we found this set. He got the roller and I wanted the spiked one to roll out the bottoms of my feet. This set has a nice variety. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Great starter kit for the new gym enthusiast. The foam roller is a must have! It's compact and doesnt take up much space. The bands are good. You might need stronger bands if you've been strength training for awhile.

Very mediocre quality, the foam roller had pieces falling off like styrofoam. The plastic ball rollers felt really low quality - stiff hard and rigid. The set came with a bag for transport so that was nice. The roller rod was also too hard and I feel that some sort of soft material (rubber, silicone) would definitely help with each of these items.

This set was priced at $50 with a $20 off coupon when I chose it. I think there is good value here for $30, but not for $50. The set is comprehensive, including all the tools needed for soft tissue massage across most muscle groups. I have been using the foam ball for my shoulder and it seems to be just the right firmness to provide a good massage. The roller is too stiff for me - but that's probably a "me" thing - I have other spiky rollers and feel the same way about them. The roller stick allows for a good massage on calves, quads and hamstrings, as well as upper glutes, which can all be a little tricky to get to. The resistance bands are a good length and the stretching strap is great for getting into stretch poses. Overall, a good set, but the quality is a bit cheap (more plastic vs. rubbery) and I wonder about longevity. I've only had it for 2 weeks so far, and seems to be holding up fine. Still, wait for a sale before buying this set.

I've only ever used a foam roller identical to the large cylindrical one featured in this set, and it performs exactly as expected. Foam rollers tend to be pretty consistent across the board, and this one is no different. The provided foam roller is medium-sized, which is great for most users, but if you're looking for something larger, this might not be for you. But if you want a good bang for your buck, this is it. Because in addition to the main roller, this set includes several niche tools for more targeted massage work, like for your neck and feet. My favorite piece is the massage stick—it's portable, just as effective, and super convenient for those days when you want relief without having to lie down on the floor. That said, there are a few drawbacks. First, the instruction manual that came in the box only covers exercises using the foam roller. There is a short video clip online on the other items, but not in much detail. Second, the carry bag could use some improvements: it lacks compartments, so all the items end up tossed together inside and it's very tight and compact. I had a little trouble at first figuring out how to get everything to fit in the bag. Finally, while all the items came packaged in a box, there was also plastic packaging around the items inside. Not only is this excessive and environmentally unfriendly, but it was also tough to remove without potentially damaging the more delicate foam materials.
