This is made out of the same plastic as shirt hangers. It hurts especially when rolled on leg because it is hard plastic on bone and muscles.

Got this for my son who frequently goes climbing and does exercise that leaves his forearms and leg muscles sore.Sadly, he does not like this. He says it's not pleasant to try to massage his sore muscles with it. Also, it's hard to fit his limbs into the space intended for arms and legs. He said it squeezed his calves and pushed too hard, and some of the rollers would press on his bones which was uncomfortable.Myself, I found that the most useful section of this was the two small rollers at the top, I can put those along my neck/shoulder and they feel okay to me. However, you could use a much smaller device if you just need two rollers.The material is sturdy and the rubber is easy enough to hold onto, but ultimately it's just not a very pleasant way to massage yourself, so we probably won't end up using it.

I wasn't sure how well this massage would work since it was so different from all of the shapes I have encountered before but I found it to be very effective. I particularly liked how you can envelop your calves with the massager and massage your leg. On my lower calves, it was very relaxing and enjoyable to use. For my upper calves though, there was a bit of discomfort since there is a limit to how wide the massager can expand. As a result, the roller balls began to move onto my leg bone which kind of hurt. That wasn't a problem when using it on my arms or using the top section of the massager on surface areas. I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend it to others.

This thing is amazing! Takes alittle getting use to using but once you get the hang of it and find your perfect amount of pressure, you'll be in heaven. Since you control the pressure, this is perfect for almost anyone. Especially great for sore legs and neck muscles.

I ordered this because the single bar type rollers don't do the job and my arms get sore when I use them. It works! I can put it on my leg and hold it as firm as I want. It hurts a bit now, but that's because I'm so stiff at the moment. It's been slowly helping my thighs and calf muscles loosen up.I tried the 2 rollers on the top against the back of my neck and it doesn't do much good doing it myself. Maybe a friend can help me to try it on my neck as well as my back. But, just being able to relax my legs is going to be a big help.
