Introducing the new Stainless Steel Front Skid Plate for the Axial SCX6 Jeep JLU Wrangler Unlike the 1/10 scale, we've decided to double the thickness of the steel plate for the SCX6. The material for this skid plate guard is a piece of heavy duty 2.0 mm thick of SUS304 Stainless Steel plate, not only protecting the front steering link but also adding a significant of weight at the front of the chassis.

I would say this is a must have for your scx6. It’s a quality piece that’s machined well thick and sturdy. It would do a good job to protect the steering linkage from rocks. It’s a great deal.
