I love it. I only have an issue with the cover. after all the grinding of more than just coffee, the cover is no longer clear to see through, so appearance is my only hiccup. otherwise it grinds perfectly for my needs. Because you control the grinding process by pressing the black button that is a plus, and I don't mind the noise because it tells me how much I have grounded. It is not easy to clean and it did not come with cleaning tools which would have been very supportive.

I like this little grinder I had another one for almost 20 years and it finally decided to die on me and I purchased this one and it grinds quickly I rarely and the grinds are small. I like the little brush that comes with it.

It works great and holds more than my last one did. Very pleased with this coffee grinder. It isn't as loud either.

Bought this as gift for my Dad. We have one as well and it works great. We only us it for grinding coffee so it works great and will last a while. The size is perfect for countertops and it has pretty good power for it's size.

In the Amazon Questions section for this product you will see that I asked twice if anyone could confirm that it could pulverize (make a powder out of) tapioca, which I use to thicken peach pie. Tapioca is really dense and not easy to turn into powder.I didn't need this for coffee... I drink inhuman amounts of coffee each day, but I grind my beans exclusively using a wonderful burr coffee grinder.I'm certain that grinder could pulverize tapioca, but I didn't want the powder inside the burr grinder.Again, this is greatest coffee and herbs grinder!I first tried to turn the tapioca into powder (sometimes referred to as tapioca flour) using my Braun Coffee and Nut Grinder. No luck: The tapioca pellets just swirled around in there and only a smidgen of powder was created even after many pulses followed by 2 minutes of continuous grinding.Next I tried it in my good Cuisinart food processor. No luck. Just a tiny bit of dust.Finally, I tried it in my excellent Ninja electric blender. Same - no amount of powder was produced using any of those options.So I got on Amazon and asked twice if anyone had successfully or unsuccessfully tried grinding tapioca in this grinder. No one had, but two said they grind cinnamon sticks in it, and that was enough for me. I know from experience that cinnamon are difficult to grind like tapioca.Those question answerers were spot on. When this unit arrived, I immediately ground 1/4 cup of tapioca and it almost instantly turned into a fine powder. I mean a matter of seconds!It was a bit difficult to photograph, but the included photos show(1) the tapioca pellets after 2 or 3 minutes in my Braun grinder followed by another 2 to 3 minutes on high power in my Ninja blender, followed by 2 to 3 minutes more in my food processor. You can see that the tapioca remained a coarse grind after all of that.(2) A new batch if the same kind of tapioca after only 20 seconds in this grindrer. You can see that it became powder almost instantly, almost as smooth as powdered sugar.

Great little grinder. It is a perfect size for a pot of coffee. I read some reviews of how loud it’s is but I don’t think it is that bad. Of course, when grinding hard coffee beans it’s going to make some noise. However, it’s nothing out of the ordinary and I am fine with it. The only “gripe” I have is the cleaning of the device. The only thing that is removable is the lid so it makes cleaning the little bowl a little more cumbersome. Instead of taking the bowl out to clean, you have to handle the entire unit as you use the little supplied brush to clean the bits then wipe out with damp cloth. Not a deal breaker but it could be easier. I do recommend this grinder as it works as advertised!
