What a joke!A) This is absolutely NOT a beginner set. The instructions are cumbersome and the crochet hook is tiny.B) The yarn is HORRIBLE. It unravels as you try to work with it.Anyone who gave this a rating above 2 stars has to either be a bot or they simply reviewed a kit that isn't at all the same as mine. What a disappointment of a Christmas gift.

It's so bright and cheerful. Great addition to a desk, nightstand, etc. Adds a pop of color and cheer to any space.Instructions are a bit vague. You can use their video tutorial which helps a bit.I think the sunflower flower pot, at least, is more of a moderate level crochet kit. It is pretty complicated for a beginner. It can be done, but there are a lot of intricate things like the leaves and edges of the flowers that are pretty complex. Yarn is not particularly easy to work with.A lot of fun to do, and would also make a great gift for any crafty person.

Got this crochet kit for my 13 year old daughter. She likes that it included everything she needed to crochet the flowers. It was a little difficult at first but she quickly got the hang of it. Yarn feels like good quality and colors are pretty. Would recommend as a gift to beginner crochet enthusiasts.

It was not my first time crocheting, but I thought the instructions were very clear and helpful. The completed stuffed doggie was very cute. The colors of the yarns were pretty. I liked that it also included the needles and clips.

This kit is great. Love that it comes with everything needed to complete the kit. This makes a great gift. Yarn is so soft.

These kits are so clever. I am becoming obsessed with them lol. I love how everything is right there for you, no need to worry about having the right tools. You just click on the little QR code, and the video shows you how to do everything. This little guy is so cute! I am excited that I will be able to use this pattern many times as I have a niece and three nephews to crochet for. I recommend.
