Two did not work, one gave results sometimes. That being said I did reorder... I will see how many work from the next batch.

The interface works well and was really easy to get working with ESP32 and the temperature readings look accurate.

Packaging is good, and on the bench, everything worked as expected. The attachment nut (see photo) is a slip fit over the body of the thermocouple. I suppose this is so you can screw the nut into whatever you're attaching it to, without twisting the wires. Once the nut is secure, the thermocouple is free to move around inside the nut. There is no way to lock the thermocouple once the nut is tightened to whatever it's threaded into.
