Natural and Organic - The weed control mulch mat tree rings are and made of thick woven coconut coir fibers. These coco coir tree rings are easy to use and are great as weed barrier and root protection for plants and young tree saplings in the outdoors.
Great protection for trees and plants – This natural weed barrier mat made of coconut coir biodegrades much slower than loose mulch and does not release heat like mulch does. Therefore it is more effective at protecting young plants and saplings from weeds. This natural Coco Coir fiber mulch mat protects the roots against temperature extremes while at the same time allowing air, water and nutrients to get to the roots of the shrub or the tree.
Cover for Indoor Planter Pots – These coir planter discs can be placed on top of soil in indoor plant pots to cover up the loose dirt and to give a cleaner look and protect from pets. This gives a neat appearance to house plants and enhances the indoor ambience.
Lightweight and easy to handle - The coir tree ring guards are lightweight and very easy to work with. It is easy to slip them around a tree trunk of any size. Just use a pair of scissors to customize and enlarge the center.
