Of all the holes, the one I need the most, 4/40, this magnet doesn't have. I'll have to tap a new hole into it. The magnet is strong, as long as you have thick steel or iron. It doesn't hold good on thin metals.

It's good product: strong force on magnetic bed and no problem with threads.

The one that I received had gritty movement and was rusty. I opened the mag base to see if it needed grease and there was water. This leads me to believe it was a return that had been used inside a cnc machine.
