Made in China? At less than $40 yes.It came with an inspection paper and a decent plastic case. It does fit my dial indicator 3/8” shaft but also includes a reducer for 8mm.I prefer this collet design over the set screw type as it applies even pressure around the sleeve and is less risk of pinching the inner shaft.

i use this with my clockwise indicator and they fit the shaft and works well
