pictured here broken wire not fixed due to total product failure.within 14 hours it stopped working.. well I say that but I totally forgot this was labeled as a cordless soldering iron it's the whole reason I chose it.. and while it did work nicely for 14 hours before stopping totally. (cold like day old McDonald's French fries)it did not ever work without being plugged into the charger. the cord provided is roughly a foot long..

This soldering iron is suppose to be cordless, but there is no battery inside it. A constant USB connection is required to power it. I have a soldering station already and was wanting something cordless and portable, and this isn't it unfortunately. As far as soldering goes, it says it heats up in 3 seconds but it took me well over 20 seconds for it to heat up enough to melt solder. Overall I do not think this is worth $14 at all.
