As intricate as this machine is, the company did not include any sort of instructions for setting this machine up, feeding the laminating film or operating the machine!

Came later than I was quoted, no key, and no owners manual. Very disappointed the first time I ran anything through it, it all peaked back off. Frustrating! Disappointing!! Not worth the grief!!!
