Had to cut two inches from the rear pipe to get it to fit the hangar on the truck, only to find out this muffler has virtually zero muffling effect- way too loud! Of course since I had to cut it to fit I couldn’t return it. Tore it out and bought the Walker SoundFX 18954 Direct Fit (which actually was Direct fit!). Now taking this brand new useless product to the scrap yard! Avoid this product unless you have a good sawzall and don’t mind a straight pipe sound!

Welds broke after just 8 months. Call the company and email them about it. To see if there was a way i could get a new muffler or even something back, for poor welds. They proceeded to tell me that I have to buy a new exhaust and they do not have any warranty’s on there products. This is all according to the person i talked to on the phone in there customer service department. Would nit recommend buying this from them and saving some money up and getting a different brand. Other then that the system is easy to put on and sounds good. Just rusts extremely easy, i would recommend getting it bed lined or covered in something to prevent it. You get what you pay for.

I did some research and watch a few videos and can confirm that this exhaust is poorly made. In some aspect. The resonator box is the worse part of the exhaust on the inside you can see separation of the tube and it does rattle like Someone mention about his that he got. Also the hangers are all out of place. None of them not line up with the factory hangers Location on the truck and some may wanna argue that maybe your truck had an issue in the pass Where the hangers were moved. That is not the case here. yes, I could’ve returned this, but I do not have the time and nor do I want to spend the money to have it removed from my truck in order to return itAlso someone that bought this brand product stated that when they reach out to customer service to get a warranty exchange, customer service of this product will not respond to them. So in my case, I will not be reaching out to them if they would like to correct this issue they can feel free to reach out to me.

This was easy to install. My Tundra had an already replaced pipe and muffler, so the flare on this new pipe didn't meet up with anything, but the parts store had an adapter that fit right over the pipe that had been welded in, and inside the flared pipe. so two extra clamps and I was in business. The hangers fit well. The sound is just a little louder than stock. Just a little more growl. I'll add a video later, but several others have some posted that are pretty accurate.

Took a few minutes to figure out the fitment, but once I did, everything lined up perfectly. This uses all the same stock hangers as my 2004 Tundra 4wd V8 truck. Very nice sounding muffler too, not too loud, but has a great "throaty" growl. Got the old muffler out, and new one installed in about an hour.
