Dislike the fact that all mounting holes for accessories (ac, alt, power steering) are 1/8-1/4 offset.

The water pump bolted to the block just fine (1972 f100), but then when it came time to bolt the power steering pump to it, the holes did not line up. A few of the holes are drilled off center, so I had to do some grinding on my bracket to get it to fit. Then I went to install the pulley/fan, and the snout on the water pump is longer than the stock water pump, so the fan does not seat flat. You can’t bolt it all the way down. The snout bottoms out inside the fan recess. It also causes the pulley to sit out a little farther than it does on the stock pump. Obviously I’m super dissatisfied, and there’s no way for me to return it as it is bolted and gasketed to the block already. So frustrating.
