It was installed on a 2004 f350 with a 6 L diesel. The old manifold had two holes in it and this one really made a difference in sound and increased power.I would definitely buy it again.

It was cheap and I need it fast. It's works but the quality of the casting is horrible on the interior. The exhaust flow is restricted compared to the factory one. They are not smooth inside. I have protrusions up to a 1/4 of an inch in places. Exhaust temps went up. Replaced a month later with a BD Manifold. Includes good bolts for the Y pipe and gaskets.. Does not include manifold bolts.
