It did not work as advertised. I was trying to split well-seasond oak and It just gets stuck in the wood.

It might work with a more powerful drill motor but it would be a bear to hug onto. Might work with a drill press setup.

I've tried using it twice and it just gets stuck in the wood. So far not worth it. I will update the review once my husband tries it.

Completely worthless. Didn’t work at all. Also, the drill jerked and smashed into my hand causing some pain. Would not recommend for use. It just drills into the wood, and you can’t get it out because the assembly threads don’t hold in reverse.

This tool did not work well at all you need a powerful drill even then the bit binds up and spins the drill making it dangerous only works on small logs.
