This is the perfect garden sieve for me. I have used it to sift compost for planting seeds and for straining crushed stones from soil in my driveway. Plus it fits over a bucket, so that the siftings are neatly constrained.

Bought screen to help sift through reclaimed soil from part of the yard which was turned into garden bed.It worked decently, clogging up rather quickly with stray grass and debris. The biggest issue was that it wouldn’t sit stably on top of a 5 gallon bucket without falling in.

We are using it as a filter for used clay before it goes through the pug mill. It strains out any non-clay items that may have gotten mixed in, saving time and money on repairs.

I bought the 1/8" one and it's perfect for sifting my pellet stove ash to reclaim unburnt pellets. I plan on using it to sift bags with lots of dust or deformed pellets as well and expect the same results. A must purchase for pellet stove owners!

I'm a rock tumbler, and I've been looking for the perfect sieve for washing rocks between cycles. This is it - fits right on a five gallon bucket, couldn't be easier. Seems to be very well built as well.......

I was going to make my owe sift for separating my brass from tumbling media I use to clean and brighten spent casings with. This sift is way better than what I could have made and cheaper than the plastic ones you can buy. Fits 5 gallon bullet as stated. 1/4 inch (6mm) screen catches your casings wonderful. The media just mostly dumps through to the bucket. Give the sift a couple of shakes and all you have left is brass casings to reload.
