This computer does not appear to be new. I was able to start it and complete the initial setup, but the second time I tried to turn it on, it wouldn’t start. The power button light was just blinking. I waited for the battery to fully drain, hoping that plugging it back into the power would fix the issue—but unfortunately, it still won’t turn on. Now when I am trying to return it I have to pay 10% of the price because I do not keep the original box and the computer is defective. The company is not really trying to provide good customer support for an issue with a product that they sell. So bad experience !!! Will never buy again from this company !

Computer is nice but missing Microsoft Office. I reached out to the seller 24 hours ago and have not heard anything back. Probably need to just return it.3stars would’ve been five stars if they had just slipped in a little piece of paper that explained what was going on.After contacting them, the software is on the computer. Just make sure you don’t accept any of the Microsoft 360 stuff would’ve been nice to have had instructions.

Very easy to set up and the processing speed is very fast. It is great for both work and personal use. I also enjoy the touchscreen function too

Laptop worked really well for the first six months, no issues with lag or anything. Was able to play overwatch just fine but then in the last month suddenly it doesn't want to run any online Multiplayer games on the GPU, it goes right for the CPU which cases it to over heat and shut down. i've looked online for anything that might explain this and even spoke with a friend who is great with computers, and we've come up with nothing.Not sure why it's doing this but i'm now limited to very few games i can play that wont possible overheat and destroy the laptopUpdate: finally found the issue and it had to do with a BIOS update that undid a setting in NVIDIA. For any with the same problem go into the NIVIDA panel and go to the physx tab to make sure it's set to the GTX processor

You get what you bought. Me personally I'm not to big of a windows fanboy. On linux if you install steam proton can pretty much play a lot of windows game in linux. I'm using open source drivers (nouveau), but for right now recommend the proprietary drivers for Nvidia. Yes there are 2 GPUs that run great.Played on windows (Rome total war 2 on extreme, fps is great for the price).update:Also if you are going to buy extra ram and you buy from crucial. Buy the DDR4 RAM with 3200 MT/s (Mega transfer per second) there are a lot of games (Dying light being one of them) that you can run just using the ryzen 5 CPU. Not currently certain what MT/s the stock RAM is.And the price o my Gosh!!
