Ditto what others are saying. The laptop is good for the sale price, but they didn’t send the external dvd/cd player or Windows. Message sent to the seller with no followup/response from them.Update: someone responded saying the external dvd/cd player is being shipped from another warehouse; we will see if it shows up. However, there is no info on the missing Windows lifetime yet. (I’ll update as time goes on)Update #2: the external drive did arrive. They said Windows lifetime was pre installed on the computer. I haven’t played around with it enough nor do I know enough about it to know if that’s accurate. I’ll update the stars I left….

This HP laptop is a 2019 model ! They have tried to up-date it so that it will hopefully work. Nothing in the information from Amazon has anything about the laptop being a 2019 model. When I receive the laptop, I saw on the outside of the box, that this is an old model. After checking on line, I found out that when Windows makes the change in October, 2025...this computer will not be able to take the upgrade. Hopefully I can get a full refund...

The product sure is good. Hp is a great company. The seller Lucky Tech LlC has been such a nightmare. Never had so bad experience buying at amazon before. This seller Lucky Tech LLC dosen't care about the costumer at all. They are no nice and procrastinate in their service. My first bad experience buying at amazon and it was with this company Lucky Tech LLC.
