It was exactly what I needed for my motorhome. The old hardware fit perfectly on this filter so I didn’t have to worry about that.

This was an excellent replacement for the water filter housing in our camper. The housing that came with the camper cracked during the very cold winter. Silly me for not winterizing it better! We found the "name brand" replacement through Amazon and other online retailers, but the cheapest price was $50! No thanks. This Hydronix was a perfect replacement, at less than half the cost! Make sure you know what size ports your need with your water lines. It can be tricky to figure out if you're not familiar with plumbing and pipes. We have plastic fittings, but I'm sure this would work fine with metal fittings. Please note, ours was shipped in just an Amazon box. No separate packaging of any kind. Some might be turned off by that, but we were fine with it since it fit perfectly. We highly recommend it!
