In theory, this item looked better than the other option and resembled the original. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it secured around the linkage arm. Also, it didn't hold the knob coming from the motor. It just rested in it and didn't move the arm. On my final attempt to resecure this piece, it broke when I tried to squeeze it together with vice grips. Sad to have lost $16+ and still have a non working wiper.
