When this package arrived, I was upset at the condition of the box. It was pretty banged up, but luckily the shower head was perfectly fine and all the bits and pieces were there. We have insanely great water pressure now and my hair doesn't feel gritty from the hard water anymore. I'm not sure what to expect with longevity and use yet. Inexpensive, works as advertised, and I recommend getting one.

The shower head came with everything that it said it would but there is no way to take the shower head apart to replace the filter, even though extra fulters were sent. Also the mechanism used to hang the shower head up so that you don't have to hold it the entire time does not fit. There is no way to hang the shower head. It must be held at all times by hand and then left to hang when you are done showering.

literally exploded on first use - absolute garbage, they had 4 stars when I bought it and now it has 2, so don't even trust any of the positive reviews. waste of money.

The Hose is complete junk. While taking my second shower the hose blew open and water went flying everywhere. It blew out at the connector to the shower inlet .The filter is not much of a filter at all, pretty much running through a few layers of paper towels or yarn. I did like the Head power and stream though. I did nothing wrong I have used many different types through my years of exp. I tried to find out how to get a replacement and no response from the company. not a happy customer

I received this and saw that the package was pretty worn. The unit looks used. The filters fit nowhere. Everything is plastic so securing it to metal a pipe is difficult. It leaks everywhere. If I were to drop the wand the entire unit will crack. Not a fan, get something else.
