You can use this in parts or combine them for the whole massage tool. I really like using it in pieces. I find it really like to use the smaller pieces for applying more massage and pressure to certain muscle parts and my arms and calves. The pink and white look nice together. I really like this!

This is a review of Muscle Foam Roller, Arm & Leg Massage Roller for Deep Tissue Relax. Fitness Exercise Massage Stick for Leg, Arm, Thigh,Neck,Back,Tennis Elbow. Adjustable and Removable Handles. White. Brand: KESHWELL
I have many massagers but this one is so different because it is a circle. There is a lot to like about that — you can hit more areas of a leg or arm than you can with a straight stick type massager. It feels good. If you want the ‘full circle’ effect, you need to have larger limbs. For example, on my upper leg, most of the massaging balls work my leg at the same time. At the top of my thigh, the device opens a bit, leaving maybe a 4” gap between the two sides of the device. Moving toward the knee, the device closes to give me a full circle massage. For my upper calves, many of the pink balls engage; below that, my leg is thinner so only a few of the balls engage. Down near my ankle, massaging becomes a bit awkward. So what does this say? That the device is flexible enough to work on various sizes body parts. It can open wider to allow rounder limbs or for the waist or neck and it can close more for narrower limbs. Another option for narrow limbs or other parts (like my neck), it is easy to detach each of the ends (just push down the pink button and pull the ends off). And for such small areas the short pieces are more convenient. The handles help make the massaging easier. Note that no part of this device is made of foam. The pieces are made of, I don’t know, maybe a kind of plastic. Perhaps the “foam roller” part of the listing head is meant to indicate that this could take the place of a foam roller? (It can’t ,for obvious reasons.)
I am impressed with this device. It is surprisingly sturdy, which is good because I often press hard when massaging. The curved design does make massaging body parts easier because the body has natural curves. The device offers a lot of options for use: widen the circle, narrow the circle, use only the ends of the device…. I just really hope it is also easy to clean — it hasn’t gotten dirty yet so I have no experience cleaning it. Recommended.

I got this massager for my wife. Tried using this a few times and this is my gripe with this.Doing it for your own legs makes you bend your back a lot so it doesn't help as you may need another massager for the back.Getting it done by someone else is not easy either as the force application is not as you would desireLastly, works only for legs. Too big for arms and on legs also, seem effective only on calves. It is a nice concept in theory but not very practical.

This KESHWELL Muscle Massage Roller is really a different kind of roller than I have ever used.My thighs are too large to use it effectively there. But it works a treat on my calves. It's really fantastic for that one area.Even so, it feels awkward and clunky to me; and I don't understand why it comes apart when the pieces aren't modular for being able to attach them in different configurations. Maybe if the two detachable pieces could hook together to form one larger wand for rolling bigger flatter areas like the chest and back?

This muscle massager isn't quite as adjustable as I was hoping. From the photos, I was hoping you could simply wrap it around an arm or leg and easily massage the entire limb by running it up or down. This isn't quite the case as it only fits the upper aspect of your leg and then you have to take it apart and use only half of it to massage 80% of the leg (the wrap around aspect only allows for the upper leg and can only be adjusted down so much before it hits the limits of the device). It's a good idea in theory... but needs a little more engineering to work as indicated properly. Otherwise, you can take the device apart to reach other areas but I have percussion devices to work on other areas (and such devices are passive and therefore much better for tight muscles than an active device).
