Oh man, this thing is great. Love at first roll. Nice and compact, just the perfect size, will work as a travel roller. Was worried about the hardness based on other reviews, but with a thick pair of sweatpants, it feels just fine. This is coming from someone who feels a foam roller is just too soft and inadequate at times.

I've been using this foam roller on my travels for a few months now and it's honestly great. However, it's very rigid, so if you don't like a firm roller then you'll probably find this one uncomfortable or even painful to use. But not me! It's just the right amount of firmness for my needs. The only thing that would make it better is if it was a little bit less heavy, but otherwise it's great!

It's 100% plastic so it can be a bit painful if you're not rolling quickly. I prefer the softer ones but this is great for travel.

Roller works awesome...both me and my wife use rollers after our work outs all the time. I am not sure if its the pattern or the material but this is by far the best roller we have. Its opens and closes to help target specific muscles, and the fact that it compacts also makes it easily stored in our small gym area. Shipping was fast overall would recommend purchasing this product.

I recently upgraded my home gym so I thought I’d upgrade my roller, and I’m so glad I did! I’m very happy with the quality and has provided relief on my sore muscles after a tough workout. The collapsibility of the roller is an added bonus so I can tuck it away nicely. I usually travel quite a bit for work so I’m excited to be able to pack it with me.

My daughter plays travel softball and left her roller at the last hotel room. We found this online and figured we would try it out. It is AWESOME!!! It is collapsable and comes with a little bag making it perfect to travel to tournaments. When we need it we just pop it open and use it. I can even use it on my husband when his back goes out and it loosens him up. Definitely worth getting.

After my dog chewed up my regular foam roller, I decided to buy something that would be easy to store away && didn’t look like something my dog would soon destroy. After plenty of research, I’m so happy with my choice of this Shadowfit roller because not only is it heavy duty and made of great material, it offers a high intensity, deep pressure roll unlike any others I’ve tried. I work out 4-5 times a week so something that helps healing and relief for my muscles. It's exactly what I needed!!!
