I’ve been a physical therapist for 15 years and I have recommended Zyllion products to many of my patients. Using a foam roller can be really beneficial for muscle and fascial restrictions and this roller is great! It is made of a hard plastic material so it is more aggressive than a foam roller but it is very easy to adjust your pressure to get a therapeutic response. and has been very durable. I love that it has 3 different textures depending on which side you use. I like the more aggressive texture for areas like hamstrings or calves but the smoother area for working on the upper side of the trunk around the side of the shoulder blade by the armpit. It has multiple vibration frequencies too which can be really helpful for muscle tension and trigger points. Whenever I’ve had a question, the Zyllion customer service reps have been extremely helpful and very quick to respond. I use this roller at home for myself and my husband and I got a 2nd one to have in my clinic. It is rechargeable and the battery life has been great. If you are looking for a roller I can’t recommend this enough!

Very big around though, 6 inches around. Not sure if too big yet for my pain issues. Only used once so far.But do highly recommend this brand/company so far.Also have the peanut it is excellent!!

I ordered this product 4 years ago. I've since also ordered another one to take to Argentina to have it there as well. I left my original one in the United States for a year and a half and when I came back the battery still works perfectly. In fact it started immediately without having to charge it, I couldn't find the charging cable for a couple weeks, but have since found it. And the charge was incredibly still at more than 50% after sitting so long and using a couple of times. This thing is a workhorse. I love it. I use it a lot to massage my back, my hips and even use the vibrating function on the back of my neck which kind of gives my brain a little massage and takes away any headaches. I can't believe that the battery didn't go bad after sitting for a year and a half which is a great testament.

INITIAL review.... 4 stars until I see how long this thing lasts. But today I used for the first time, and Im VERY IMPRESSED. First, Ill mention Ive seen reviews saying this is TOO POWERFUL. I can understand why some would say that. It's powerful, yes. But, that's why I'm giving it a GREAT review. Aside from be compact, and portable. (I'm going to take it with me for my lunches at work), it just relaxed me like few massagers have. I have VERY tight muscle as I'm an auto mechanic. Low rumble to HIGH intense vibration settings are PERFECT to get my tight muscles to relax. After an hour and a half of using this thing on my entire body (legs, back, arms, feet, calfs, hamstrings) I feel so good, and actually felt like getting housework done on my day off. The only thing bad about this things is that some may think it's too powerful... This thing turn my entire recliner into a massage chair... NO COMPLAINTS HERE!!!!! LOVE IT!!!! Ill do a 6 month or year durability review.

Much firmer than I expected (I have used gaiam and trigger point grid rollers and was expecting similar firm squishiness, but this roller material is denser and has less give) however despite the texture, the vibration is very useful and much stronger than other vibrating massage tools I have used, even on the lowest setting. The fourth highest setting is super intense. Came with a nice mesh storage pouch with straps for carrying/ hanging. Works better than a roller without vibration. Nice design both aesthetically and functionally. Easy to use. The different texture zones give a nice range of benefits. Wonderful for chronic pain/ injury. If you have used myofascial trigger point release therapy and found it beneficial, then this tool will be worth the investment for you. Highly recommended.

Item works as advertised. As some users have suggested, the vibration isn’t the strongest, but it’s more than sufficient at this price. Love this item.
