I love to lay my neck on this. Just laying on it for a few minutes a day is rather helpful.

My friend had one of these and said it helped them with their stiff neck. I have neck pain from being on a computer for work all the time. The first thing I loved about it was that it came in a cute box, so great for gift-giving. I use this while laying on my yoga mat to loosen up my neck and so far, it has been helpful.Hope this review was helpful!

I've had the first three sizes since the Kickstarter and I've traveled with the small but bigger than travel one for three years. And I live and die by having it by my side to pop my back. This new super small one was just too small. It was difficult to keep my back straight enough to not drag on the floor. And my shirt was getting rolled over Everytime. Still a quality product but I will be exchanging it for the next size up.

I got the smallest available option. It releases tension like crazy. I hear so many cracks in my back every time I use it. I use it daily.It’s only gotten easier to maintain better posture with this. It does its job quickly as long as it’s used correctly and carefully. I remember at first I ended up hurting myself due to not using it properly.
