Pump stopped working after 2 days. Can only get one pump and then nothing. Emailed the seller they did not respond.Update. I have just received the replacement and I'm very happy with the design and how it works. The customer service is slow.

Bought this to replace the dispenser I purchased from Home Depot years ago for about twice what this costs. That one lasted 15 years and worked great, pumped easily without binding. This unit has worked ok but is definitely inferior. It sticks when pumping now after a year and simply has a lighter duty feel to it compared to the more expensive options. It also does not pop up to its full height after pumping so you get less soap in a single pump. All in all I wish I had spent $50 on a nice name brand replacement instead of this item.

I just had my kitchen remodeled, new countertops, farmhouse sink, faucet...and was missing one item....a soap/dishsoap dispenser. This did the trick, and I don't have to craw under the sink, unscrew the reservior to refill the dispenser...I just remove the top/pump and fill from the top...awesome!!!
