Wouldn't output on my 2nd monitor, likely because it's reduced to only 1080p on one of the outputs. Pretty useless at that resolution imo.

It works? English grammar aside, the description is somewhat on the dot. It basically lets you share 1 USB output device from 2 computers like 2 computers on 1 printer, but not the other way around. It has its uses, but finding a particularly relevant use case outside of that is hard to say

My wife uses both her work and personal computers at the same desk, and constantly having to swap the USB dongle for her keyboard and mouse was getting pretty annoying. I picked up this USB 3.0 switch selector as a solution, and it worked perfectly.Installation was quick and easy, and now with just the press of a button, she can switch between the two computers without any hassle. She was extremely happy with the setup, it’s made her workflow much smoother and more efficient. This is a great little device for anyone managing multiple systems with shared peripherals. It’s reliable, compact, and makes a big difference for everyday convenience.

This little USB switch is exactly what I didn’t know I needed until I got tired of playing musical chairs with my keyboard and mouse between two machines. Setup was basically caveman simple—plug everything in, hit the button, done. I’ve been using it to bounce between my laptop and desktop, and it’s been working without a hitch. Button feels nice and clicky too, not like those mushy ones that make you question your life choices.Speed-wise, it’s USB 3.0, so no noticeable lag when I’m moving files around or using input devices. I haven’t tried anything too power-hungry with it yet, but for basic peripherals, it’s smooth sailing. Definitely beats constantly yanking cables out of one computer just to plug into the other like it’s 2007. For the price, it’s a win. I’m giving it 5 stars because it does exactly what it promises and keeps my desk just a little more civilized.

I got this to replace the 4 port KVM switch I was using as this one is a lot smaller. I was worried that it wasn't going to work the same (as far as connectivity) but to my surprise, it has been excellent and actually works a little better than my previous one. It's a quality-built piece of equipment and I am very happy with its performance thus far.

This USB switch has been a fantastic addition to my workspace. Setting it up was straightforward, and the switcher works flawlessly with my mouse and keyboard, allowing me to toggle control between my desktop and laptop effortlessly. The USB 3.0 speed ensures no lag or delay, which is crucial for my productivity. I appreciate how compact and well-built the device is, fitting neatly on my desk without adding clutter. What I particularly like is the convenience it offers in sharing peripherals without the hassle of unplugging and replugging cables. The switch button is responsive and reliable, making the transition between computers smooth every time. This switcher has simplified my multi-computer setup, and I no longer worry about compatibility issues or slow data transfer.

Does what it’s designed to do!….I have a nice Gaming Mouse that I use and it allows me to use the same mouse on 2 computers with out having to replug and swap each time. As others may have said, there is a slight delay when switching so its not instantaneous but it works well…..and I am satisfied. For the Price, it’s great….and it saved me from having to purchase a 2nd mouse for my other PC….Im sure it will also handle switching other accessories just as easily!

I am currently using this for my Raspberry Pi project. I hated having to disconnect my cables and move them over or move my whole USB Hub over to use my devices. I had a more expensive option but for some reason it just wouldn't work with my Pi at all. It would power the keyboard/mouse but not recognize them. This solves my problem and in a much more compact and neat package. Easier to move around too since I can just disconnect the cables, whereas my previous device had about 6 cables that were like 3ft each. Going to play around more with this and stress test it with other devices but I think it is definitely going to be a multiple-purchase situation if it holds well elsewhere.
