My Mazda Protege5 needed the front struts replaced. The local shops were asking for $400 to $450 for the struts and installation. I have the right tools and willingness to do the work so I found the right struts here (I checked the KYB site to be sure they were the right ones) for a great price (about $60 each) and replaced them myself. Only one drawback, I'm on the West Coast and the ground shipping from the East Coast took just over a week.

No problem to date with this product. Fit was excellent on my Mazda Protege 2001. The description of this part and KYB 333351 need to be corrected as both are front struts (one right and one left) yet the description is very different. I was lucky to have received the parts I was looking for.
