The linkage for choke and throttle were too short so throttle and choke didn't work

Tore my old carb apart multiple times. I didn't know what else to clean, but it just wouldn't work. I ordered this, delivered the next day, put it on, and engine purred like a kitten. I had to back the idle screw all the way out. Two thing to be aware of: 1) I have no idea what engine the included plugs fit into, but it's not a B&S V-Twin. 2) the fuel filter does not have the raised ridges, so I'm a little worried about vibration and the hoses backing off.

I have a old 97 White lawn tractor. Can not believe the difference this Carburator as made. The spark plugs didn't fit but thats ok. I already replaced the plugs before this purchase. The ol tractor runs like new again. Very easy to install. Good quality. Highly recommend.

There are three variations of this carburetor. Mine was the oldest one and this is the newest one. I had to swap the bowl and the black plastic piece the solenoid goes in to.The new solenoid would not pull in on my mower. I swapped parts and adjusted the valves. Now my mower runs as good or better than new!

Le carburateur fonctionne très bien sauf qu'il a fallu modifier la longueur des fils pour s'adapter à la connection du dessous du carburateur car celui-ci était à 90 degrés .

I was having problems with the original carburetor on my 20HP Briggs and Stratton Intek V-Twin lawn tractor. I had it apart and cleaned it, still ran poorly and the butterfly kept sticking on it (shaft worn out). I ordered this new carburetor after reading many positive reviews. I installed it, along with new o-rings for the intake manifold (ordered separately) So I try to fire up the tractor...and...crank...crank...crank...starving for gas. I sprayed some engine start in the intake, she popped and ran for a second. Tried to start it again...no sir, just an occasional pop, nothing more. Got frustrated and thoroughly dismantled and cleaned the old carb again, put it all back together, fired right up! So this new carburetor is junk, definitely not getting the gas. Off it goes back. I ordered another one from a different manufacturer as the butterfly sticks on the old one. Well, hopefully the next one will work, fingers crossed🤞🤞

Ordered this carburetor to replace Nikki carb on B&S engine. Took longer than expected to install it and unfortunately my return date has past.Finally install carb and right from the get go the lawn tractor was surging and backfiring. I thought, well it can't be this Brand New Carb so I'll do a valve adjustment, well, still surged and backfired. So, I checked for vacuum leaks, none found. Ordered carb rebuilt kit for it and when i took the main jets out the o-ring were bad, after rebuilding it, it still surged and backfired. Ordered another rebuild kit and rebuilt the old Nikke carb that came off of this particular B&S , installed it (the old one) on and mower runs perfect. So I would advise you not to order this particular carb or if you do test it before return date is up. Stuck with a carb that is useless.

Carburetor seems to be close enough to the right carburetor to function. I have no idea what the two spark plugs are supposed to fit but they don't fit any engine I've ever seen.All in all still unsure if the carburetor is going to function properly or not as I'm waiting for a fuel pump to come in.
