5mm L-Shaped Shelf Support Pegs
Bracket style shelf support made of good quality metal and polished nickel,surface is smooth without burrs, will not easily rust and oxidized.
Firstly,prepare a 5mm hole which is should be smaller than the diameter of the pin.
Put the pin in the hole and fix it.
Place the partition on the pin and keep it flat.
Screws can be added to fix the shelf.

製品説明には5mmと記載がありますが、実際は6mmです。5mmのダボには使えません。幸いドリルが有るので、5mmの穴を6mmで開け直して使いましたが、そのまま使用出来ないのでご注意下さい。

I originally bought shelf pins from a local store, but didn't realize how tiny they were - and my shelf barely stayed up. But these are nice and thick, so I don't need to worry about my shelf falling anymore

Our new Shiloh cabinets didn’t come with enough shelf pegs. So, I went to a big box store to get more. I thought the length would be standard for 5mm diameter pegs but they were too long (10 mm). Shiloh cabinets use 8mm long, 5mm diameter pegs. These worked perfectly!

I ordered these to replace the plastic pegs that came with my bookcases. Being metal, they are much sturdier than the plastic pegs, and as an added bonus they have a longer shelf support arm. I believe this will add stability to the shelves holding heavy books, and since they were exactly the right size I ordered another set so that I can replace the plastic pegs in some additional bookcases.

I had a pair of china cabinets/curios rebuilt and the carpenter initially put in cheap plastic shelf pegs. I bought some metal pins at a hardware store. But these were straight, round metal pins that sank into the holes and were insecure when pulled out enough to support the shelves.These L-shaped, metal clips were perfect. The L-shape prevented the pins from sinking too deeply into the holes. The support platform stuck out farther than the plastic ones and the metal pins; therefore the shelves were held up much more securely.

Thanks to other reviewers. These are not easy to find in a brick and mortar store and online options are numerous. These as others have said are sturdy metal and the support tab is about 3X longer than others, meaning xtra shelf support. Don't cheap out! Get these and be done with it!
