Not quite the intended purpose for this, but I've now had it working for a couple weeks with no issues.For those not in the know, you'll also need a 4 pin CPU ATX cable. You can buy an extension, but I chopped one off of an old PC PSU. I added about 6ft of wire to each lead which ended up being just the right length for my rig.PROS:Detects as a boost kitNo overheatingWAY cheaper the official kitNo performance issues as of yetCONS:Totally DIY; you'll need a soldering setup, extra wire, heat shrink and some sort of sheathingGotta be VERY mindful of the pinout. Look this up before soldering and triple check.Not really a con for the DIY inclined, but you are definitely putting in some work. Took me about 30 minutes to put all together neatly.
