I've tried a few of these magnetic remote holders with my roku remote and these are the first that have really worked. Others have trouble sticking to the round body of the roku remote, but the metal dot you attach is fairly small, so the curvature doesn't mess with it too much.The magnets hold ok. They could be a bit more powerful and require that you make sure to align things right, but as long as everything's close enough, the magnet will hold the remote.

I have several remotes in my classroom that are frequently getting misplaced. These have helped! I now have a set place to return the remotes and they aren't getting lost anymore. The magnets were easy to install and work well. I can see a lot of different uses for these besides remotes.
