I just received my undercoat/shedding rake to use with my double-coated Samoyed show dog. I have quite a collection of grooming tools for my boy, including a couple of combs that were over $50 each. This $10 gem is now my favorite! It removes even the tiniest hidden mats and tangles from his undercoat. The small size helps keep it from pulling too much, and it is easy on my hands and wrists. I know it will make coat-blowing season much easier. (This is not a paid review - I just really love this thing!)

I ended up returning this product. It was not the same as the one in the picture (model number is the same however). It was much larger, curved, and had a different handle. 3 stars because it seemed well made and the return process was simple.

I have been using a pet store single row rake for about a year. A vet tech recommended I look for a rake with 2 rows. This rake works very well on our long, thick haired dog. I get 2 to 3 times as much hair groomed out than I ever did with my basic rake. (and in half the time!). I use this about every other day. Product arrived in the original Miller Forge packaging and it arrived quite fast. It wasn't a Prime shipping item, but I was lucky enough to receive it in just a few business days. The teeth on the rake are a bit rounded to keep it from being too sharp and that was a concern I had. These are just right for our Golden girl!

This is a fabulous tool that does what it says on the packet. My short haired cat loves being groomed with it, my two Persians aren't so keen but it works a treat on them, can't believe how much fur it gets off them.

Very helpful during heavy shedding periods. Use as gently as a human comb, which makes it comfortable for the dog, but still removes shedding hair beautifully.

I have been looking for a decent double-row coat rake brush, but the reviews on every other one I'd found said they had problems, such as a braking handle, etc., or just didn't work well at all.This Miller Forge brush, however, is very high quality and durably constructed so that it will last much longer than the rest. It works very well and definitely gets the undercoat on my long-haired German Shepherd, but also will not scratch her skin because it has rounded ends on the brush's pins. As a result, she does not mind the brushing at all.The service was excellent, and the product arrived very quickly in a large and well-protected envelope in its original packaging -- perfect condition.I would definitely recommend this to any dog owners who are looking for a well-built and long-lasting rake brush.

This brush works wonders. I have a Australian Shepherd mix who sheds year round, and after using this brush he even looked thinner after. It got off so much hair it looked like I had shaved him. It's really like using a brush for your own hair, it goes very smoothly through the dogs hair and it doesn't bother Cooper at all. We have tried a variety of different brushes to try and make the shedding more manageable and nothing has worked even close to as well as this one has. 5 stars!
