Great block, with only minor drawbacks, for certain applications.The trem hole, in my baseplate, was too small. (As another reviewer mentioned.) (I’m not a fan of the plastic insert, but I can live with it.) Instead of opening the hole, I sanded the trem arm down to 4.4mm. Now it fits perfectly. (The trem arm was cheaper than the bridge, hence my approach.)The 6 mounting holes were 1/4mm too far away from the nut. Nothing intonation couldn’t fix.It’s a major upgrade. The full brass block, is completely different from the thin zinc-alloy.It has more sustain. It’s easier to float than the light zinc block. Returns to tune more consistently. The tone is even more… well, everything. It’s brighter, warmer, fuller, and cleaner. It’s not as brittle, or trebely(?), as the zinc. It’s most notable, with no effects. More so unplugged.I’d certainly buy again.

This was a big tonal upgrade to replace the very sad, anemic trem block in my ESP LTD ST-213 strat.

装着すると若干、本体の鳴りがブライトになる感じです。取付時の注意で、ボディー表面側の6弦の開口部に干渉しました。干渉部のボディーを削り取り付けました。メーカーやモデルによって違いは出るでしょうが、一般的なフェルナンデスのストラトキャスターに取り付けた場合です。

I've bought two of these. The 40mm block fit my Rogue RR100 perfectly. The second one I purchased was a 36mm block for a Harley Benton ST-20, and this one didn't fit very well. I messed up a bit ordering the 36mm, it was too short, but the big problem was that the arm hole did not line up with the hole in my bridge, and as the plastic collets are proud of the surface of the block, it simply would not fit, at least till I cut off the plastic sticking out of the block. After that it fit and worked, but again, I ordered one that was too short. I wound up replacing it with the PRS style bridge, which is much nicer than the stock bridge, though a tight squeeze with the 40mm block.

Perfect fit for the Musiclilly PRS style Ultra trem. I used it on a Kramer Beretta special and it fit perfectly and sounds even better.

The block itself is real solid, appears great quality. The string and screw hole patterns lined up perfectly with a Squire Classic Vibe Strat. The trem hole does NOT line up with the classic vibe plate, returned it, still waiting for a refund...... had to open it to see the trem arm hole doesn't line up so if the refund is refused because it's open, beware. Will update once refund is received. Chose to refund back to my Amazon account to speed it up too. They've had the unit back three days and still waiting. Usually I'm refunded upon UPS taking the package so we'll see. If the trem hole lined up I'd have kept it and been a happy camper, what a shame.Updated to add refunded after 3 days. Fair policy.

Ich bereue es nicht den Block des Wilkinson tremolos gegen diesen aus Bronze getauscht zu haben. Ein netter Nebeneffekt war, dass die Saiten beim Wechsel nicht mehr klemmen, sogar einfach hinaus gleiten.Das Gewicht dieses Blocks ist merklich höher und dies, zusammen mit dem Material, sorgt für eine bessere Stimmstabilität und besseren klang.
