I have two cats. Both have enjoyed catnip since they were kittens. They know the word "nip" referrers to a welcome treat, something that they ask for by rubbing against the box that their jar of "nip" is stored in. This is the first jar of catnip that they have ever turned their noses up at, and I've been offering it to them for weeks. They won't eat it and they don't even roll around in it if you put some on the floor.
