My lawn mower quit running like it ran out of gas. After a bit of checking, it seemed like this was the first thing to replace. The part came quickly and fit without an issue. And the mower runs.

This was an exact replacement for my Craftsman LT1000 ride on mower.Thead this to the carburetor bowl and plug in the included harnessand the mower started and ran great!

The original had a relaxed plunger to gasket dimension of 0.450". This replacement had a relaxed dimension of 0.625". After installation, the engine was only able to run at low throttle positions. This was due to the plunger extending further and not withdrawing as far as the original. This left the engine starved for gas at higher engine speeds. This was fixed by the addition of two more gaskets for an additional 0.080" of gaskets. The package contained two gaskets, but one was too small to fit. This smaller gasket was too thin to have added the additional space to offset the increased plunger length
