Easy and fast installation. I bought this for primarily my IPad. Following the simple instructions took less than 5 minutes to be up and printing. The print was clear and same quality as laser print.I recommend this to anyone who needs a top quality printer for portable use.

I absolutely love this portable printer!! Phomemo makes very user friendly products. The app makes this Bluetooth printer incredibly convenient and extremely easy to use. I enjoy the ease and portability of this printer and handy carrying case. Their customer service is also excellent! I definitely recommend this printer and would buy again!!

Perfetta, la uso per stampare bolle per i corrieri ed é perfetta anche se é in bianco e nero. Il costo della carta si aggira intorno ai 15 centesimi a foglio ma considerando che non esiste vincolo di cartuccia, il poco peso, l'ingombro minimo, e la comodità di averla sempre nello zaino... conviene!Certo è, che non la consiglio a chi stampa tanto, soprattutto in formato bozza in b/nIn quel caso risparmia con laser o inkjet, rinunciando comunque alle comodità di cui sopra.La miglior stampante che io abbia mai avuto, non c’é bisogno di abbonamenti per le cartuccie come le altre stampanti ed é piccolissima 4cm x 21cm che la rende estremamente comoda e per niente ingombrante, la si può usare anche tramite bluetooth quindi senza cavo. Compatibile con apple e android, Molto bella sono soddisfatto !!

I bought this printer to print legal documents for court. There are no options in the app so that you can adjust printer settings. My PDF document printed smaller than the original document size and the title of my document was in HUGE letters at the bottom. I called support. They suggested things that I had already done and after the 3rd Email they wanted me to send my personal and confidential court documents to them to print.

I would knock off another star but I am not allowed to for some unknown reason.As you can see by the below review, I had to contact the company for help. I went through amazon, I called, and I emailed and it took several attempts to get a response.Since then, the company has continued to email me directly, text me, and even used what’s app, which is something I almost never use but have it for the one out of country friend I have. This to me is invasive and annoying.I wish I had simply returned the product and went with another brand.Updating this review after a week as I have finally got through to the company and found the issue.The battery is completely dead and will not hold a charge. I tried 3 times over 3 days to charge it using multiple wall outlets and 3 different 5v =2a charging blocks. Firmware is up to date. App tells me battery is low and shuts off.After sending another email and making another call, I did hear back from a rep! After troubleshooting, the issue was with the usb to usb-c adaptor that was included with the power cord. It was the weak link. Using a usb block or the usb port on a computer (lucky we had a computer old enough to still have one) the printer charged no problem.Have not heard back from the company so that is another major concern. No live chat available they want to respond by email.Did hear back from the company but after several attempts.Bought it in part for wireless feature and that is gone. Can’t really use plugged in without ridiculous shenanigans—have app open, press power button on device and connect in the app at the same time and then hit print for your document standing by…not an acceptable option for a new product.Before it needed charging, I printed maybe 2 dozen at most mailing labels. A few times the printer lost connection to the app mid print and so just stopped, requiring me to re print the label.In addition to this waste of paper, it uses WAY more paper than it should for the label. Changing settings doesn’t fix this. It’s my first printer of this type so I don’t know if these complaints are just typical for the product or not.I want to love this due to it’s portability and cute and compact case it rides in, but the concerns—that there is slim troubleshooting information available and it is hard to reach support, AND that the printer connection drop mid print too often loses stars for me. I cannot fault on the wasted paper because I haven’t tried every possible setting to see if I can adjust the excess paper issue.

Llegó muy rápido. Tamaño estupendo y un estuche muy adecuado. Fácil de manejar desde el móvil, aunque hay que conocer antes un poquito como funciona con el tuyo. No era capaz de imprimir desde el wassap, me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y me atendieron en unas 10 horas interesándose por todo. Hasta ahora, una buena compra.La calidad del papel es la de cualquier papel térmico, pero es lo que se esperaba. A mí, que imprimo poco y necesito espacio, me ha venido estupendamente. Aconsejable su adquisición.Aún no probé en el ordenador ni con otros aparatos

I rated this printer 4/5 stars. The print quality is great, and the app is easy to use, though some features require payment to unlock. The printer has a bit of weight to it, but it feels sturdy and well-built. The printing speed is decent, but if you like very fast printing, this might not be for you. It’s a little loud, but since I’m using it for wood burning, the noise doesn’t bother me. The thermal paper isn’t recyclable, which is a downside, but it’s still better than throwing away ink cartridges. The color quality is great and not faded. The included case is solid, and I love that you can adjust the paper clips inside to fit smaller rolls. Overall, I definitely recommend this product for the value you get for the price and it functions very nicely.
