I ordered 2 packs of this coco coir.One weight 10lbs 1.6oz and second was even worse at 7lbs 2.5oz but product discribed as 11lbs each.Delivering part was very good, one day shipping but product missed so much weight.

This is premium coco coir! The real difference between this and other coco coirs is the particle size. I use this coco coir to start my nursery plugs of asparagus. I plant around five thousand plugs per year and earlier this year I switched to a different brand of coco coir(looking for a value) and really messed up! The off brand was stringy and seedlings struggled to come up out of the binding mix. I had up to 15% losses and will never stray from premium again. Buy this with confidence! Did I mention it smells great and there's never any weed seeds. Five Stars! Hope that helps! -Chris

Great quality coconut coir, small particle size and no dirt or sand. Exelent to add water retention and drainage to your soil. Easy to use, just put in a tote and add water, within a few minutes it's ready to use.

Clean quality product. Works great to create your own seed starting mix. This one block expanded at least 5 times its size and made a large amount of soft fluffy core that’s perfect to add moisture and airflow to garden soil.

The product had apparently lost its original packaging. It arrived in a clear outer wrapping taped to a white bag that the product was in. When I pulled the outer wrapping from the white bag there must have been tape in contact to the inner white bag. This caused two holes to form on the white inner bag and product started to leak on the surrounded area. Before I could move the product from the area, I had to tape the holes to stop the product from falling out. Only then could I proceed with the clean up. I suggest that you use 2 white bags in the future and use the tape more sparingly.
