Hard to rate this anything else when it arrives snapped. And also, with no instructions so bad even if it hadn't arrived in pieces. So... do not recommend. Straight to trash.

You don't know how good this is going to be until you've tried it! Spins EFFORTLESSLY as you use the yarn, so there's never any snagging or catching, no pull-the-next-two-feet-so-you-can-keep-going maneuvers. Easier than a yarn bowl! Nice strong magnet.Easy to assemble, comes with the two screws you need and a little screwdriver. It took me maybe a minute or so from when I opened the box to when it was ready to use. The parts are nice and well-made, fit together well, all the wood is finished nicely and you know it won't snag or harm the yarn you put on it.

Personally, I wouldn't call this 'premium'. The magnet isn't the greatest and the top of the spindle just has an upholstery tack for the magnet to grab onto, and the tack is in crooked. On the plus side, it is made of actual wood and it's easy to assemble, but I feel I will have to make some tweaks to it for it to actually function as intended. I'm also not sure with as lightweight as the wood is that it will be very durable if it gets knocked off/dropped. All in all, it's disappointing.

This yarn caddy is a pass. There are sharp edges on the wood and visible joins that are raised that snag yarn. Not to mention the finish is rough feeling so it also snags the yarn when you slide the ball in place.The whole thing is very light and soft, it is easy to scratch it. The magnet is also quite weak and glued on crooked.

Wood finish could be better as during assembly I received a splinter in my finger. The use of magnets is nice conceptually because they allow for free rotation of the spindle. However, the magnets are not strong enough to hold the dangling spindle apparatus in place if it is slightly knocked.FYI: note that it is not the most portable with the size and shapes of the pieces even when disassembled.

This has made my crocheting so much easier! No more struggling with rolling balls of yarn. I was hesitant of the magnets power as it is small but it holds well and withstands pulling if the yarn! This was easy to put together as well

Beautiful, easy to put together, and easy to use, this helps keep my yarn from tangling. This is easy to store. But pretty enough to display. It’s also easy to change out the yarn and super lightweight for travel.
