I bought this for a 1994 Miata after the muffler on my 17 year old Bosal cat-back rotted through. I'd never heard of BRExhaust, but was comfortable trying them as it's a division of Magnaflow. (The included clamp was in a Bosal bag, making me wonder if BRExhaust is a reborn Bosal.) Overall, it looks like a good value for the price, it fit well except for a hanger I had to cut down a little and it sounds good with OEM equivalent sound levels.Unboxing impressions: Material, bending and weld quality looked good. There's no rear (downstream) O2 sensor provision: perfect as my year doesn't have one. You'll need a different system if your car has two O2 sensors. System included instructions, U-clamp assembly, gasket, two grade 8.8 bolts and two nuts. A reviewer mentioned the gasket center hole being too large. For what it's worth, I measured the same 2.4" inside diameter (I.D.) on both my original and new gasket. (Interestingly, the FELPRO #60831 gasket I ordered separately "just in case" had a 2.6" I.D.) The tailpipe is raw, aluminized steel, so if you don't like that look you'll need to acquire a clamp-on tip.Installation: Installation was straightforward, though I highly recommend getting an exhaust hanger tool for removing rubber mounts. Ensure the mating flange surfaces are free of loose rust, weld slag, etc. My cat has mounting studs so I reused the old nuts rather than the included nuts and bolts. Since both the new and old cat-backs were two piece I did not need to remove my subframe brace. The exhaust halves connected easily at the slip joint; almost a little too easily as I had to brace the connection tight with my knee while tightening the clamp so the pieces didn't slide apart. Tip: mark the pipe when inserted fully so you can monitor for slippage. I also recommend using a torque wrench here as after tightening the clamp so much I feared stripping the threads, the pipe sections still slid apart. Using a torque wrench set at the recommended 30 lb-ft in the instructions, I discovered I could tighten the clamp a lot more. The slip joint no longer slipped and there was no leakage upon startup. That said, if I did this again for extra insurance I'd probably slather exhaust cement on the midpipe end before sliding the pipes together. I took off a star because I had to cut approximately 3/8" off the rearmost hanger on the mid-pipe because it was hitting my left subframe.Random Notes: There were no interference issues with the vehicle's Curt Class I Hitch Receiver #11729.

the product you will get will not match what you see on the pic for the description. and even though they know that it doesnt match, they dont change it, and leave it like that. it doesnt have a nice muffler exhaust tip like the pic, and it is in 2 pieces and only comes with 1 bolt!! Really just one!! dumb!!

It doesn't fit 93 Mazda Miata, it's too short, the resonator is also dented, and you have to pay $59.00 shipping to return it, do not expect the tail pipe to be as indicated in the photo.

Installed on 1992 Mazda Miata. Decent packing (had one small hidden dent from shipping), all parts showed up, and fit perfectly. Seems quality for the price. Would recommend.

Miata exhaust is good quality. I recommend experienced installer. Note also the flange gasket was way too big diameter 2 3/4 v 2 inch pipe. I had a good gasket in my pile of stuff
