I haven't used this yet. But I am familiar with all the equipment in this kit. It really is top quality. And yes it comes with a power supply cable. I will add my existing micsfor a full 4 person podcast right out of the box. Came with 2 mics and 2 awesome headphones, 2 stands 2 boom arms, and the rodes protester. I'm very impressed with the package.
