About this item

  • The Grooves - Spine, bones, and tendons drop into the grooves to prevent compression, damage, or bruising. The grooves are engineered to the specifications of a thumb to mimic the effects of a deep tissue massage on the muscles.
  • The Bumps - Target muscles with pinpoint precision for more effective muscle release. The bumps are designed to mimic the shape of palms and elbows to enable muscle release similar to a deep tissue massage.
  • The Ends - Rounded ends enable the use against a wall for more control and less pressure. Use the rounded ends to reach and target specific trigger points for enhanced muscle release and relaxation.
  • The Spinal Channel - Specifically engineered to cradle and protect the spine. Effectively release tension and pain in the back and neck without putting pressure on the spine, shoulder blades, or kidneys.
  • Foam Quality - High quality EPP foam that doesn’t break down and holds its shape over time.
  • Benefits - Superior to flat foam rollers on improving flexibility, muscle recovery, sciatica, and releasing back and neck tension and pain.
  • Exercise Prop - Use the Rolla Roller to enhance and deepen yoga flows, or incorporate the Rollga Roller into strength routines for an added challenge!Rollga LITE Version - 20% softer than the Rollga standard version. Best for those who are new to foam rolling or deep tissue massage.

I purchased this after being in PT for a few months. I love this foam roller! It is a bit firmer, so if you are needing something softer, I wouldn't recommend purchasing this one as your beginner roller.

Working on hip pain specifically. This is nice to roll along your back. It's a little more difficult to maneuver around the hip areas. I would have done better with something smaller.

I have 3 Rollga rollers with different firmness. I'm surprised by how much I like this one because it's the softest. Somedays the super firm one is murder on the IT band, but this one and the medium roller are much more comfortable to use. I have SOOOOO many different brands of rollers, but since learning about these, they are my go to and absolute favorites.

Great relief using this after just a couple of sessions. Long wait for delivery but worth it. Great to self massage between appointments with therapist.

False advertisement. This is NOT soft, and $50 ka poof...I got this right after: OPTP PRO-Roller Soft Foam Roller - Pink 36" x 6" PSFR36That right there is a soft roller. To ease my pain, I'm simply going to pretend I purchased the new one at $100.

This roller is the bomb! These stuck together globes side by side will give you an excellent back massage, pressure point release and roll out of your own back and whole back-side. The way these globes form the roller is completely ergonomic to the muscles along side the spine where one can never get into with regular rollers because they also press on the spine itself. It's also great everywhere else, legs arms, latissimus, everywhere. High density foam that is hard yet a tiny bit of give. It also comes with an instruction pamphlet to help you get the most out of its all-over uses. Rolga is the best roller I've used for all of the above reasons, complete and all you need is one roller so that makes it environmentally friendly too!

About two weeks in, great relief within lumbar region. Could not roll the whole length of my spine on other rollers or various positions. Soft enough to feel the pressure but not be akin to laying on hardwood. Hopefully it holds up long term, if it does crazy worth the money. I broke my back a few yrs ago had screws in and removed, my lord do I wish I'd had this sooner. Awesome product, recommended to 5/5 friends.

These Rollga's are way faster than using a variety of different sized balls to roll on to break up trigger points / relieve myofascial pain. Also, consider the Rollga Pro - it's harder with greater angles. If you have myofascial pain - like I did - you may want to try a variety of different sized balls, too, like LaCrosse balls, tennis balls, etc. and dwell on the trigger points for some time (I went to one myofascial specialist who said 3 minutes to break up adhesions - not just the standard 30 sec- 90 sec). With Rollga's you can dwell on trigger points and you can also roll. It definately helps and saves time. These have great training videos online, too. I use the soft for my tight IT band and then switch to Rollga pro for more rolling on legs / glutes, etc.edit: I now skip balls and use my Rollgas plus other soft and extra soft rollers while I stretch. I’ve found using a variety of rollers gives me better results. I get my legs and body rolled in less than 10 minutes. Not a day goes by where I don’t use a Rollga.

Amazing foam roller! The waved pattern allows you to foam roll muscle in a way you never could with the straight foam roller. Perfect for legs and back (and it won't hurt your spine as you roll!), I even do my arms. The size is perfect too! I initially bought it because it was cheaper than the other foam rollers but now it's my favorite one, LOVE IT!UPDATED REVIEW : I recently decided to buy a couple of them as gifts since everyone who tries it, loves it BUT I realized the price was ridiculously high!!! (I bough this roller in 2017 for about 16$ CAD including shipping). It's foam in a specific shape, definitely not worth more than 40$.
